Okay! Enough of the running break! I have not done much of anything in the last 3 weeks, but today I ran for the second time this week! It’s definitely a lot easier now that the weather has cooled off some. Fall is just around the corner, and so are some 5K’s!
I am having to take the C25K back a few weeks because I have gotten so off track, and I have lost a little bit of my endurance. I know that if I was able to keep at it, I would have had the program completed by now. Oh, well. I must keep moving forward, and keep running!
It has also been difficult in the sense that school has recently started, and I have been trying to get on schedule. Getting back into the swing of things has been a bit tiring, therefore making it difficult to find the motivation to get out there. Three weeks into school and cooler weather, I’m ready to get back at it!
As far as weight loss goes, it has slowed down, and it has slowed me down some. I guess I shouldn’t worry about it and just continue to work at it, and it’ll all eventually come off. I know stressing about it won’t help. However, I also need to get back into journaling my food. Hopefully I’ll begin to remember soon!
I would like to run in my first 5K in October. I ask that you pray for me that the endurance will continue to build and that I don’t lose my motivation to get there. This will be a HUGE accomplishment for me, and I definitely want to achieve this.
